Cake Designer / Baker
Starting when i was two years old i baked in the kitchen with my grandmother as a third generation of a bakery business owner. I continued baking all the way through getting a formal education starting in high school with the technical and vocational school focusing in Culinary arts. I baked in school and was referred by my teacher to do my co op at a local bakery. I worked as the baker of Bakers of Buffington in Downingtown for many years, starting in 1999 all the way up til the opportunity was presented to me to buy the business. I did that in July and with only a Bachelors in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management received in 2003, along with my own independent catering business started in 1999, as my experience. I ran the bakery until December of 2005 when i realized i needed more formal training to run an operation. I took a job as a Bakery Manager of Genuardis, working and learning the skills of management and continues to take formal classes in business. With my masters soon approaching in December of 2010, I have remained an independent baker, baking and giving personalized customer service to every client. I go to my clients no matter how far they are and personally help them with their orders providing not only great personalized customer service but the best ingredients and a more focused view on baking and decorating your dream cake. I do cakes for all occasions from birthdays to bar mitvahs, bat mitvahs, quincienietos, sweet sixteens, retirements, office parties, baby showers, wedding showers, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, weddings, anniversaries,and just because you want a delicious cake.

Anyone that place a flower in a vase can call themself a florist no training involved. I have worked for several Floral chains as a florist but cheating cusomers is not my thing. I can make quility wedding arrangements for as low 20.00 per "yes I do mean quility" because I am a artist and a low buget is my specialty. I design with the basics I do not need fancy over priced item ( I will make a vase out of sticks ) I let creativity takeover. I love challenge. Artist / Florist Sheree .
